Our Phase 2 introduces 268 new flats equipped with EsVital, an advanced care system, designed in collaboration with the Fundación General CSIC, integrated into the architecture of the homes, totally transparent and non-intrusive that includes:
- Detection of falls and immediate notification to assistance services, without the need for intervention by the resident, ensuring immediate assistance.
- Real-time access control to guarantee a secure environment.
- Possibility of providing advanced and personalised services, adapted to individual needs and with the support of professionals such as geriatricians, nutritionists or physiotherapists.
